Do you live in a mindless daze numb but with a ready smile always present on your face
Or do you curl up in a ball under the scorching spray of water tinged with salt

After watching the one thing you lived for being stripped away from you
How do you find then, your true reason for being
How do you breathe?

Or do you sit outside in the dark surrounded by trees and a soft breeze that carries the voices screaming from afar
I'm lost to these ways nursing my still opened wounds
Will you teach me how to be after being betrayed by a dream
