Complete and utter silence
Can hear a pin drop
Can listen to the rhythm of my heart beat
Million images flashing through my mind
A whole lot of you and that killer smile
Can feel the subtle breeze caress my cheek
Can hear time as it flies by, ever so quick
Why do they look at me like that
With that look of pity ever so present in their eyes
I want to smack the politeness away from their demeanor
And burn down the caution in their posture

Why is it so hard to understand
I musnt be surrounded by bags of earth with life all around me
